Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Service Manager for managing the operational aspects of healthcare facilities or organization. This role involves managing patient care processes, supporting rehabilitation programs, supervising therapists, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, monitoring patient progress, and enhancing overall clinic performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Monitor and track patient progress, provide rehabilitation counselling, and guide exercise programs
  • Supervise and support therapists to ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
  • Review patient cases, including interpreting X-rays and providing patient education
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor clinic KPIs such as patient volume, revenue, retention, and service mix
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service effectiveness
  • Optimize workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operations
  • Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and budget allocation
  • Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care
  • Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff

Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare Management, Human Biology, Physical Science, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Sports Science
  • Prior experience in healthcare or clinic operations management preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and drive improvements
  • Understanding of rehabilitation processes and patient care is preferred
  • Strong leadership, independent and a team player.
