Operation Manager

The Healthcare Operations Manager oversees the operational performance of healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery, patient satisfaction, and efficient workflow. This role manages staff, resources, and processes to optimize service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to ensure plans enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, streamline service delivery, and enhance the patient experience.

Resource Management: Oversee staffing, budgets, and equipment allocation to ensure effective utilization and optimal service outcomes.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and customer-facing teams to enhance communication, coordination, and service delivery.

Emergency Preparedness: Support planning and execution of emergency response procedures to maintain safety and continuity of service.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or multi-site retail or service
• Proven experience managing multiple locations or business units
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Ability to travel between clinic locations
