Job Scope

- Deliver high-quality pharmacy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings within a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment

- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

- Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication review, patient counselling, and education

- Support both clinical and administrative functions within the Pharmacy department

- Participate in the development, review, and continuous improvement of pharmacy services to ensure cost-effective and timely patient care

- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

- Contribute to quality improvement and service enhancement initiatives

Requirements

Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy

Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
