Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
Manage, organize and maintain CEO's schedule, including setting up appointments with potential clients .
Acting as first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO, phone calls and other form of communication
Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise
Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contact database.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirement
Have a minimum of five (5) years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, demonstrating exceptional high-level support.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Familiar with Singapore culture, policy, laws and regulations to avoid business risks
