Job Responsibilities:
HR & Administrative Support
. Assist in recruitment, interviews, and employee relations
. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR records
. Coordinate departmental meetings, training, and performance evaluations
. Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
Executive Support
. Manage executive schedules, travel, and meetings
. Handle daily tasks, paperwork, and documentation
. Liaise with external partners and vendors, maintaining strong relationships
. Provide detail-oriented and efficient support to the management team
Requirements:
. Proven HR experience with knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee relations
. Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
. Strong communication skills to work with all staff levels and external partners
. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
. High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR/admin systems
. Data analysis skills to identify issues and propose improvements
. Strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
. Ability to support company culture building and employee engagement
. Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
