As a Personal Assistant, you will provide direct administrative support to the CEO in day-to-day coordination and communication tasks. This role involves calendar and meeting management, travel arrangements, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
Provide overall personal assistant support to the CEO
Assist with travel bookings, arranging and coordinate internal and external meeting
Provide general administrative support to the office, handle general services and office facilities management.
Updating of the company website
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Diploma of A Level
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Mature, patient, and task-focused
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
