Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in Singapore. The Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including schedule management, rostering, vendor management, clerical duties, and communication tasks. The role will also involve providing executive administrative assistance and personal support to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Schedule Management and Clerical Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
