Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive, entrepreneur, or private individual. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate travel, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
. Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) and draft communications.
. Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
. Run personal errands and manage household or personal tasks when required.
. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
. Liaise with internal staff, external partners, and clients on behalf of the employer.
. Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
. Assist in event planning and coordination.
. Anticipate the employer's needs and proactively resolve issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
. Flexibility to work outside regular hours if needed.
Working Conditions:
. May require occasional travel or weekend work.
. Combination of in-office, remote, and on-site (personal errand) responsibilities, depending on employer needs.
