Job Summary:
The Secretary role will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management while actively contributing to the company's growth through strategic business development activities. This
role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of business principles.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
- Complex Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Communication & Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Preparation & Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Expense Management: Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track budgets.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor& degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- . Proven experience in executive support and/or business development.
- . Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- . Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
