Black Kylin Investment Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Chairman in both personal and business matters. The role includes full secretarial support, administrative coordination, and assistance in organising business-related functions. The candidate must be able to travel extensively and communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
Provide full secretarial support to the Chairman, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials, documents, minutes, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support the Chairman in personal matters including appointments, personal logistics, and household coordination when required
Manage personal errands and ad-hoc requests
Assist in business meetings, communication with stakeholders, and follow-up on action items
Coordinate with internal departments and external business partners
Assist with preparing / translating presentation materials, reports, and documentations
Organise business functions such as dinners, meetings, and partner engagement events
Handle venue booking, guest list management, logistics, and on-site coordination
Liaise with vendors, restaurants, hotels, and service providers
Arrange extensive domestic and overseas travel, including flight, accommodation, and itinerary planning
Accompany the Chairman on business trips when required
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 3-5 years of PA/EA/secretarial experience supporting senior management
Bilingual in English and Chinese (required to communicate with Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders)
Able and willing to travel extensively
Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Experience in organising business dinners, events, or hospitality functions is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
