Pega Lead System Architect

Basic Responsibilities

Work as team member in multi-disciplinary and dynamic team. Functional service delivery roles include Team Leader, Content or Domain Expert, Senior Domain/Module Consultant, and Lead Business or Systems Analyst. Leads or supports the analysis, design, development and implementation of systems and software, as well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables. May also lead project modules or work activities as appropriate and can formulate solutions to defines/specific business or technical issues.

Specific Responsibilities

• Experience in development within banking and financial sectors.
• Proficient in all Pega rule types including UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities.
• Sound experience in using debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega Implementation cycles, including PRC deployment, development, testing, bug fixing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of rules management and associated tools (e.g., export/import tools, skimming, bulk processing tools).
• Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle.
• Experience in web design and development using HTML and JS.
• Implement Agile/Scrum processes within self-organizing teams.
• Manage overall key design areas of Pega implementation and ensure successful outcomes.
• Actively participate in business value assessments and business requirements elaboration phases.
• Work in collaboration with other teams to solve cross-functional challenges.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing LSA across multiple accounts.
• 10+ years of total experience in Pega.
• Certified LSA.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical skills across all Pega rule types and tools.
• Solid understanding of banking and financial systems.
