AVP / VP, Senior Solution Architect, API & System Integration

• You will be part of an exciting and energetic team responsible for continuous innovation and uplift of IT capabilities within the bank to deliver value to the business. You will deliver API and integration capability for various bank systems and your main responsibilities are:
• Solution design for mission-critical system integration (internal and external over internet) considering scalability, performance and security. 
• Ensure delivery of a solution within acceptable timeline, quality and budget. 
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including vendors in achieving objectives.
• Contribute to the IT governance framework through solution design reviews. 
• Ensure stable operations for system under management.
• Maintain and manage artifacts such as knowledge based, technical documentations, training materials, etc.

Job Requirements

• A recognized university degree, diploma or master's in information technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing application and its integration considering its scalability, performance and security aspects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in enterprise-scale application design and development.
• Knowledge and experience in system design and analysis, service-oriented architectures (SOA), message orientated middleware/web services or micro-services architecture.
• Knowledge and experience in the following technology skillsets:
• Web-based Technologies 
• API protocol / security (API Key, OAuth, OpenID)
• APIM platform setup, configuration, monitoring
• Web services (SOAP, REST, XML, SOA, WSDL, WS-Security and XSD)
• Host-to-host / SFTP based integration.
• Cloud concept and technology (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Knowledge in API lifecycle process and governance.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile continuous delivery and DevOps deployment is a plus.
• Possess Project Management, Technology Security or Risk certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to work well in a challenging technical environment, with ability to multitask whilst delivering high quality solutions.
• Knowledge in financial sector technologies, products and services would be a plus.
