Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional payroll implementation and transformation projects across multiple countries
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination for payroll initiatives
- Gather and analyse business requirements to support payroll system enhancements and implementations
- Oversee payroll system configuration, testing, data migration, and validation activities
- Support integration of payroll systems with HR, finance, and related platforms
- Ensure payroll processes comply with regional regulations and internal policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
- Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll systems and operations
- Manage and support system interfaces and integrations between enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot integration and payroll system issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processes and implementations
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong experience managing regional or multi-country payroll operations and implementations
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and payroll systems
- Good understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across multiple regions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Able to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
