Job Description

  • Processes the staff's payroll, not limited to overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowances and other approved payments. Includes monthly & ad-hoc payroll runs.
  • Posts payroll transactions into SAP system
  • Prepares salary reconciliation reports
  • Prepares Payroll Monthly Reports (Overtime Report, Man-hours Report, Payroll Cost Report and Headcount Reports) to various department heads
  • Submits CPF, IR8A, IR21, government related submission and other tax related matters for staff
  • Works with Finance Department and liaise with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll related matters
  • Processes government related claims such as NS Reservist, Maternity leave, Child Care Leave claims.
  • Provides payroll related data for internal & external reporting (eg. Management Reporting or MOM surveys and questionnaires)
  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily activities
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Relevant Payroll Processing Experience
  • Good working knowledge of manpower regulations e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act & tax regulations
  • Strong HR knowledge and experience in payroll system and function
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Experience in handling SuccessFactors, EC Payroll or PayMaster system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel
  • This is an outsource, contract: 4months + possible extension
