Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely HR administrative and support services across the company. This includes managing employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, administering benefits, handling work pass matters, and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from store and warehouse employees.
This role is based in Tampines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including processing HR transactions such as onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee record maintenance, confirmations, and training updates.
- Maintain HR systems and employee data in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Prepare HR letters, including salary adjustments, contract renewals, conversions, transfers, and separations.
- Administer the full cycle of Work Injury Claims and monitor insurer notifications for reimbursements.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Manage all work pass-related processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation, including timely reporting to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR enquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle employee documentation and electronic filing of HR records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the HR system platform.
- Support offsite HR events or activities when required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, particularly in relation to daily employee management.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
