Job Description
- Processes the staff's payroll, duties includes overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowances and other approved payments. Includes monthly & ad-hoc payroll runs.
- Posts payroll transactions into SAP system
- Prepares salary reconciliation reports
- Prepares Payroll Monthly Reports (Overtime Report, Man-hours Report, Payroll Cost Report and Headcount Reports) to various department heads
- Submits CPF, IR8A, IR21, government related submission and other tax related matters for staff
- Works with Finance Department and liaise with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll related matters
- Processes government related claims such as NS Reservist, Maternity leave, Child Care Leave claims.
- Provides payroll related data for internal & external reporting (eg. Management Reporting or MOM surveys and questionnaires)
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily activities
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years Payroll Experience
- Good working knowledge of manpower regulations e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act & tax regulations
- Strong HR knowledge and experience in payroll system and function
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Experience in handling SuccessFactors, EC Payroll or PayMaster system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel
- This is an outsource, contract: 8months + 6months extendable/possible conversion
