A leading global payments platform is hiring a Payment Strategy Director to drive global and regional expansion strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives..
This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role sitting at the centre of the business, working closely with FI Partnerships, Product, Commercial, and Enablement teams. You will play a key role in shaping how the company scales its payments offering across markets, defining growth priorities, and ensuring strong execution across multiple workstreams.
You will lead deep market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and translate these into actionable strategies. This includes developing end-to-end go-to-market plans that bring together market expansion, product strategy, pricing frameworks, and internal enablement. The role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on.
We're looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background (MBB or equivalent), with subsequent exposure to payments, fintech, or broader financial services. This role is particularly well-suited for individuals who have worked on growth strategy, market entry, or GTM transformation projects and are looking to transition into a high-impact operator role within a scaling fintech.
