We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director, Wallet Partnership to lead strategic relationships with digital wallet partners across the region. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partner management, and payment growth, driving collaboration that enhances user engagement, transaction volume (TPV), and ecosystem synergy.

You will play a critical role in shaping and expanding our wallet ecosystem by building new partnerships, deepening existing relationships, and co-developing growth programs with leading eWallets and payment players.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Direct the development of strategies for regional and global wallet partnerships that drive payment and user growth.
  • Lead deal structuring, contract negotiation, and go-to-market planning with new partners.
  • Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive sustainable success
  • Explore innovative co-marketing and co-payment opportunities that enhance user engagement and retention.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted business partner with wallet partners, ensuring continuous optimization and mutual growth.
  • Drive regular business reviews and performance tracking, aligning wallet strategies with company growth goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across wallet products and merchant verticals.

Team Management

  • Guide team through complex problem solving in multiple regions to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive growth value
  • Motivate the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in partnership management, growth strategy, or product management, ideally in fintech, wallet, or digital commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of establishing and growing strategic B2B2C partnerships in Southeast Asia or similar markets.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of wallet ecosystems, payment flows, user incentive mechanics, and marketing collaboration models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
