Job Description

Job Description:

  • Register emergency patients, manage admissions and discharge, collect payments, and provide financial counselling to patients and their families.
  • Handle walk-in and phone enquiries professionally via EMD hotlines, apply proper telephone etiquette, and follow up on cases until closure.
  • Coordinate appointments using EPIC or with Specialist Outpatient Clinics, ensuring all EMD appointment requests are completed within required timelines.
  • Support patient and visitor needs by providing updates on patient status, assisting relatives, resolving service issues, and ensuring a clean, well-maintained counter and waiting area.
  • Participate in daily briefings, quality improvement initiatives, and carry out additional operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level education with a valid Class 3 or 4 driving license.
  • Compassionate, positive, patient-focused, and willing to work rotating shifts.
