Patient Service Associate - Healthcare (1 year) #HHLT

Pay: Up to $2500
Location: Outram, Sengkang, Punggol

Duration: 1 year contract
Work hours:

Weekday: 6:30am - 7pm (Rostered 8 hour workday)

Saturday: 6:30am - 1:30 pm (Rostered 4 hour workday)

Job Scope

. Greet and register patients

. Schedule patient appointment

. Coordinate specialists consultation referrals

. Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

. Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary

. Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service

. Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements:

. Minimum diploma in any discipline

. Preferably with prior customer service / admin work

. Comfortable with rostered shift hours as start hours will vary

. Vaccinated with TDAP, MMR, Hep B, Varicella
