About the role

In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients, addressing their needs and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming.
• Efficiently process patient registrations, collections of accounts receivables and other administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate patient care and communicate updates.
• Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
• Assist with general office duties as required.

• Proven experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
