Patient Service Officers

Be a part of our dynamic team to manage patients portfolio to ensure they are well taken care of from admission to discharge at our hospitals.

Work Location: Singapore - Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital or Parkway East Hospital.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: .

• Ensure accurate documentation for patients admission .
• Follow closely on bill size to ensure existing insurance coverage is sufficient .
• Engage with respective departments and doctors to provide relevant information and documents .
• Liaise with patients / payers for outstanding bills .
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: .

• Minimum N / O level / NITEC / Diploma .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
