Key Responsibilities
. Attend to enquiries from private patients, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
. Coordinate appointment bookings and admission requests, aligning patient preferences with clinical and operational requirements.
. Serve as the main liaison for patients, doctors, and hospital teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination.
. Assist in direct admissions and medical air evacuations where necessary.
. Chaperone VIP/VVIP patients to provide a seamless and good hospital experience.
. Apply active listening and probing to understand patient needs.
. Respond professionally to queries with appropriate tone, clarity, and empathy.
. Handle complaints and challenging interactions with tact, applying service recovery where required.
. Maintain accurate and timely updates of patient information in the system.
. Support the collation of reports, statistics, and operational data.
. Ensure compliance with hospital policies regarding data management, document filing, and disposal.
. Identify service gaps and escalate issues with recommendations for improvement.
. Propose and support initiatives to enhance productivity and care quality (e.g., faster, better, cheaper, safer).
. Promote teamwork and a collaborative work environment within the hospital.
Requirements
. Diploma in any discipline
. Experience in healthcare or service-related industries, especially in frontline or customer-facing roles
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
. Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
. Able to uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in a healthcare setting
