Job Description

Clinic Officer (Inventory Support cum Finance Admin)
Working Days: 5.5Days
Working Location: Orchard
Basic Salary: $2300 - 2700

Job Scopes:

  • Just-In-Time Inventory, using Ms. Excel for inventory planning & update
  • Raise purchase orders for purchase of medicines
  • Purchase of Topicals, Clinic Essentials, Stationeries and Pcare
  • Update Topical + Pcare Master File & Price List
  • Track, confirm and report status of deliveries and unfulfilled purchase orders
  • Handle Electronic Payments, Banking-in & Month-end Bookkeeping which including Income / Expenditure, Accounts Payable, Bank Statements or PAYNOW and NETS Transactions
  • Assist doctor & other supervisory duties if required
  • Dispensing of medicine (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma Holder
  • Strong Exp in Excel preferred as job required to do inventory planning, using spreadsheet formulas for inventory forecast, checking medicine stock level, then raise the PO.
