Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Officer (West region)

Summary

• Salary: $2200 - $2800 (Based on experience)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days
• Location: West region
• Benefits: AWS + 2-3 months PB + Yearly Salary Increment

Job Descriptions

• Ensure clinic's operational readiness
• Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly
• Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients enquiries
• Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments
• Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement

• Strong team player, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in frontline customer service preferred
