As a Patient Information Associate, You Will
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and members of the public
- Guide visitors to inpatient wards and direct them around the campus
- Assist patients and visitors with selfregistration kiosks or counter services
- Handle general enquiries clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during nonvisiting hours
- Provide frontline counter support while maintaining a composed and helpful presence—even during busy periods
Shift Details
- Shiftbased role
- Earliest shift starts at 7:30AM
- Latest shift ends at 9:00PM
- Includes weekends and public holidays
- 5day work week
You'll do well if you:
- Enjoy interacting with people and take pride in helping others
- Remain calm, clear, and professional under pressure
- Are proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Can work confidently in a fastpaced, highfootfall environment
- Naturally adopt a problemsolver mindset when assisting others
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, service, or retail experience is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ITsavvy and proficient in common computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
