Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and the public. Guide visitors to inpatient wards and navigate the campus effectively. Assist with self-registration kiosks and counter services for patients and visitors. Handle general inquiries in a calm and professional manner. Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during non-visiting hours. Provide frontline counter support while maintaining a composed presence during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (experience in hospitality, service, or retail is advantageous). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and IT-savvy.
