About Xinference
Xinference is an Australian-owned AI infrastructure company. We build two products: Xinference,
an enterprise-grade model inference platform that lets organisations run 300+ AI models on their
own private infrastructure; and Xagent, a natural language AI agent builder that executes complex
tasks autonomously with no coding or flowcharts required. We are expanding across Singapore and
this role sits at the centre of that growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale a high-volume partner channel across
Singapore and the broader SEA region. This is not a role focused on landing one or two marquee
names — it is about building a broad, active ecosystem of system integrators, MSPs, resellers, and
AI consultancies of all sizes. You will own the full partner lifecycle: recruit, onboard, enable, and co-
sell.
