About Xinference

Xinference is an Australian-owned AI infrastructure company. We build two products: Xinference,

an enterprise-grade model inference platform that lets organisations run 300+ AI models on their

own private infrastructure; and Xagent, a natural language AI agent builder that executes complex

tasks autonomously with no coding or flowcharts required. We are expanding across Singapore and

this role sits at the centre of that growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale a high-volume partner channel across

Singapore and the broader SEA region. This is not a role focused on landing one or two marquee

names — it is about building a broad, active ecosystem of system integrators, MSPs, resellers, and

AI consultancies of all sizes. You will own the full partner lifecycle: recruit, onboard, enable, and co-

sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit partners at volume — SIs, MSPs, resellers, and AI consultancies across Singapore and SEA; broad coverage is the goal, not a short list of elite names
  • Onboard and enable partners quickly — build the enablement assets, run training, and get partners to first deal without hand-holding
  • Co-sell with partners on active opportunities — support pre-sales, help navigate enterprise deals, and drive partner-attributed revenue
  • Manage the partner programme: tiering, deal registration, incentives, performance reviews, and pipeline reporting
  • Represent Xinference in the SI and reseller community across Singapore and SEA; surface market intelligence back to product and leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years in channel partnerships, partner sales, or partner management within enterprise software, cloud, or AI
  • Track record of recruiting and enabling partners at volume — not just managing a small named account book
  • Deep experience with system integrators — how they sell, implement, and make margin
  • Strong enablement instincts and commercial understanding of partner economics and co-sell motions
  • Existing network within the Singapore and/or SEA SI, MSP, or reseller ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, or open-source-to-enterprise GTM models preferred
