Job Description

Build a partner channel from the ground up across Singapore and SEA, in one of the most active categories in enterprise tech right now - this is a confidential brief for a partnerships operator who knows how to build at volume. The mandate isn't to land one or two marquee SIs. It's breadth: a broad, active ecosystem of system integrators, MSPs, resellers, and AI consultancies of all sizes across Singapore and the wider SEA market. You'll own the full partner lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Recruiting partners at volume - SIs, MSPs, resellers, and AI consultancies across Singapore and SEA
  • Onboarding and enabling partners quickly - building the enablement assets, running the training, and getting partners to first deal without hand-holding
  • Co-selling with partners on active opportunities - pre-sales support, navigating enterprise deals, and driving partner-attributed revenue
  • Managing the partner programme: tiering, deal registration, incentives, performance reviews, pipeline reporting
  • Representing the company in the SI and reseller community across Singapore and SEA, feeding market intelligence back to product and leadership

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in channel partnerships, partner sales, or partner management within enterprise software, cloud, or AI.
  • Track record of recruiting and enabling partners at volume - not managing a small named-account book.
  • Deep working experience with system integrators: how they sell, implement, and make margin
  • Strong enablement instincts and commercial understanding of partner economics and co-sell motions.
  • Existing network within the Singapore and/or SEA SI, MSP, or reseller ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, or open-source-to-enterprise GTM models preferred.
