We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Singapore. This is a remote role, so you'll need to be self-motivated in this new business sales role.
This is a foundational role focused on driving sales while building and scaling a strong partner ecosystem.
What you'll do:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Engage enterprises across key sectors (financial services, manufacturing, tech, telecoms, healthcare)
- Build a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
- Define and execute the partner strategy in Singapore
- Recruit, onboard, and enable system integrators, consultants, and resellers
- Drive co-sell opportunities and manage partner performance
- Represent the company in-market and contribute to local go-to-market strategy
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, business development, or partner/channel roles in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in AI/ML, cloud, or data platforms is a plus
- Startup experience and existing enterprise network in Singapore are advantageous
