Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Singapore. This is a remote role, so you'll need to be self-motivated in this new business sales role.

This is a foundational role focused on driving sales while building and scaling a strong partner ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Engage enterprises across key sectors (financial services, manufacturing, tech, telecoms, healthcare)
  • Build a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Define and execute the partner strategy in Singapore
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable system integrators, consultants, and resellers
  • Drive co-sell opportunities and manage partner performance
  • Represent the company in-market and contribute to local go-to-market strategy

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, business development, or partner/channel roles in Singapore
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
  • Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in AI/ML, cloud, or data platforms is a plus
  • Startup experience and existing enterprise network in Singapore are advantageous
