We are post-revenue, growing fast, and trusted by organisations like financial institutions, Fortune 50 enterprises and Global 1000 multinationals. Now, as we head into Series A, we need a Partnerships Manager who can build the ecosystem that carries us to market leadership.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnerships Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Partnerships Manager will oversee the development and management of strategic partnerships, nurturing strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying collaboration opportunities, creating strategic business plans, negotiating partnerships, ensuring mutual success, and supporting account management processes to maintain long-term partner satisfaction. The position requires the ability to analyze market trends and align business objectives with partner goals.

What you wil actually do

  • Identify, close, and activate strategic partnerships with ERP vendors, system integrators, consulting firms, and enterprise software platforms
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through commercial negotiation, onboarding, and joint go-to-market execution
  • Build co-sell and resell motions with global SI and ISV partners to extend Staple's reach into regulated industries
  • Work directly with the CEO and sales leadership to align partnerships to revenue targets and product roadmap priorities
  • Represent Staple at industry events, standards bodies, and enterprise AI forums to build brand presence and surface high-value relationship opportunities
  • Track partner pipeline, revenue attribution, and co-marketing performance with rigorous reporting

Qualifications

  • Enterprise BD track record: 5+ years closing and managing complex partnerships with large enterprise or SaaS organisations
  • Revenue ownership: Comfortable owning pipeline targets and tying partnership outcomes directly to ARR growth. Experience in Account Management to manage and sustain long-term partner relationships
  • Technical fluency: Able to hold credible conversations on AI, data infrastructure, compliance, and integration with technical buyers
  • Regional network: Established relationships across APAC and ideally US/EMEA enterprise and financial services ecosystems. Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to establish and nurture impactful collaborations.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively negotiate, present, and engage with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities and shape strategies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a base in Singapore
  • Experience in AI, tech or SaaS industries is a plus
