Job Description

The Manager, Partnership is responsible for expanding NTUC Club's offering by cultivating and managing strategic external collaborations. He/She will be expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities:

1) Partnership Acquisition & Management

  • Constantly review NTUC Club's internal capabilities and offerings to identify gaps and potential areas for growth.
  • Proactively seek and evaluate external partnership opportunities that strategically complement internal strengths and support long-term corporate growth.
  • Develop persuasive proposals, business cases and agreements to secure and formalise new partnerships.
  • Manage contract negotiations with partners, ensuring adherence to internal governance standards and procurement policies.

2) Cross-Functional Execution & Operational Support

  • Effectively coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Programs) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Manage operational aspects of partnerships, including timelines, deliverables, and communications with partners.
  • Monitor partnership performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to ensure objectives are achieved.

3) Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners to enhance continuous engagement and drive value.
  • Identify opportunities to expand value from existing partnerships through joint initiatives or innovative collaborations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of related experience in pitching, securing, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills to assess organisational capabilities, market opportunities, and partnership potential.
