About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. The Singapore Agency team works with both Big 6 holding groups and independent agencies, covering strategic partnerships and day-to-day operations. This is a lean team where everyone wears multiple hats — we're looking for someone who can hold the commercial and operational threads together.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on commercial role that sits at the intersection of agency partnership management and sales operations. You'll manage relationships with existing agency partners, handle the operational workflows that keep deals moving (contracting, compliance, data, reporting), and drive strategic horizontal projects.

The role is roughly:
- 30% Agency Partnership Management — managing existing Big 6 and independent agency relationships, joint business planning, QBRs, revenue growth.
- 50% Sales Operations — contracting, finance coordination, legal review, data pulls, reporting, process management across the full agency portfolio.
- 20% Strategic horizontal projects — key product adoption, perception changes, event POC

Responsibilities
Agency Partnership Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Big 6 and independent agency partners, serving as their primary commercial contact.
- Own joint business planning, QBRs, and trading conversations with agency partners — including deal structures, incentive programs, and revenue targets.
- Work with agency partners on campaign strategy, product adoption, and performance optimisation to drive mutual growth.
- Build relationships with agency stakeholders at multiple levels — from trading desks to C-suite — and represent TikTok in agency planning cycles.

Sales Operations
- Manage end-to-end contracting and deal processing for the agency team — including contract drafting, legal review cycles, finance approvals, and execution.
- Pull and organise performance data, revenue reports, and market insights for internal reviews and partner conversations.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing Science to resolve issues and keep deals moving.
- Build and maintain operational playbooks, tracking systems, and documentation for the agency team.

Insights & Enablement
- Translate data and performance insights into clear narratives for partner conversations and internal reviews.
- Share best practices, product updates, and operational guidance with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Feed market signals and agency feedback back to Product and internal teams to improve the platform.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agency partnerships, digital advertising sales, advertising consulting, or marketing operations.
- Experience managing commercial relationships with agencies or large advertisers, including contract negotiations and revenue targets.
- Comfortable with operational work — contracting, data reporting, cross-functional coordination. This isn't a strategy only role; you'll be in the details regularly.
- Strong analytical skills — able to pull data, find insights, and build clear narratives for partner conversations.
- Experience pitching to and engaging with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level) at agencies or clients.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project leadership and program management experience in managing multi-market agency initiatives or large-scale commercial programs, ideally within a media agency, digital platform, or advertiser.
- Established senior-level relationships within agency networks, including investment, trading, and strategy functions.
