About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership & Business Development Executive / Manager to drive strategic partnerships, ecosystem growth, and commercial opportunities across the RegTech, FinTech, Financial Services, and Digital Assets sectors.
This role combines partnership management, business development, and ecosystem engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships, generating qualified sales opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence through both direct outreach and partner-led channels.
Job Description
1. Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms, financial institutions, professional service firms, and industry associations.
- Develop and manage partnership models, including referral, reseller, co-selling, strategic alliance, and technology integration arrangements.
- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, training, and relationship management activities.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and content collaborations.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
2. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage prospective clients across banking, fintech, payments, digital assets, insurance, and other regulated industries.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand customer needs, regulatory challenges, and business requirements.
- Arrange and support product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and strategic introductions.
- Consistently generate qualified opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.
3. Revenue Growth & Commercial Execution
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to pursue and close commercial opportunities.
- Support sales activities, including solution positioning, proposal preparation, and deal coordination.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing partner and customer networks.
- Contribute to revenue targets through both partner-generated and direct business opportunities.
- Track and report partnership and business development performance metrics.
4. Market Intelligence & Brand Development
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership, prospect, and pipeline activities within CRM systems.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to Product, Compliance, and Strategy teams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and ecosystem forums.
- Support the company's thought leadership, brand awareness, and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
Requirement
- 2-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, consulting, or related commercial functions.
- Strong network and experience within the RegTech, FinTech, Compliance, Financial Services, Payments, SaaS, or Digital Assets ecosystem.
- Proven track record in partnership development, lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
