The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling Starview's channel partner ecosystem. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and empower resellers and partners who will bring 1Stack's cloud solutions to market. This is a strategic role that blends relationship management, sales enablement, and ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to drive adoption of 1Stack cloud services.
  • Identify and recruit new resellers, MSPs, and technology partners.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Provide partners with training, sales tools, and technical support to accelerate their success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design partner programs, incentives, and campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports on partner pipeline and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management within cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, networking, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems in Singapore. Asia-Pacific is a plus.
