Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Education business, focusing on startup clients as future growth engines for SOLIDWORKS.
- Collaborate with partners to design go-to-market strategies and align sales goals with Dassault Systèmes vision.
- Support and guide partners through sales insights, performance reviews, and capability development.
- Conduct governance meetings with partners to monitor progress and align on strategic priorities.
- Contribute to marketing and co-marketing plans to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Ensure partners meet required certifications and KPIs to achieve business excellence and transformation goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and within complex organizations.
- Proven experience in software or technology sales, ideally through partner channels.
- Minimum 2 years experience in indirect business or partner management.
- Understanding of the education market or related industry experience (preferred).
- Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
