Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support Mortgage Acquisition Product Managers in planning and executing end-to-end product initiatives for retail and wealth segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamssuch as new business, marketing, and business analyticsto drive product development activities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging industry trends.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize home loan products and services using market insights and customer feedback.
• Ideate, plan, and execute marketing and engagement initiatives to grow the Mortgage business.
• Support implementation of new pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in preparing and updating business performance reports, including new bookings, redemptions, and KPI monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
