Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Partner Development Executive to lead Capio's vendor and channel partnership, focusing on driving high-margin, solution-led opportunities.
This role will manage relationships with distributors and principals, recruit new channel.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and principals.
- Proactively generate and capture leads from vendors, ensuring full support to win those opportunities.
- Maximize partnership tiers, rebates, incentives, and MDF to improve profitability.
- Track deal registrations and renewals to ensure maximum revenue retention.
- Oversee partner portals, certifications, and compliance to meet partner program requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, solution demos, and partner events.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues.
Channel Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners.
- Drive co-selling initiatives and joint lead generation activities with partners.
- Proactively hunt for tenders where Capio can lead or collaborate with partners.
- Act as the primary escalation point for channel conflict, ensuring fair play between partners and internal sales teams.
Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience
- 1-2 years in partner/channel development, vendor management, or business development within the IT/technology sector. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.
- Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue and margin.
- Familiarity with partner programs, deal registration, MDF claims, and portal management.
- Experience working with distributors, principals, SIs, or MSPs.
