Job Description:

  • Handle all cases related to strategic sellers, including pickup issues, delivery delays, and loss/damage claims.
  • Serve as the dedicated contact channel for sellers, providing timely updates and solutions.
  • Support the onboarding of new sellers by providing guidance on logistics processes, tools, and policies.
  • Submit accurate and complete case details to the relevant teams for thorough investigation and resolution.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance seller experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of operational workflows to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Ensure seller satisfaction by consistently delivering professional and efficient support.
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (day-off to be aligned)
  • Operating Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or account management, ideally within e-commerce or logistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
