Job Description:

Handle all cases related to strategic sellers, including pickup issues, delivery delays, and loss/damage claims.
Serve as the dedicated contact channel for sellers, providing timely updates and solutions.
Support the onboarding of new sellers by providing guidance on logistics processes, tools, and policies.
Submit accurate and complete case details to the relevant teams for thorough investigation and resolution.
Provide constructive feedback and insights to cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance seller experience.
Maintain a strong understanding of operational workflows to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Ensure seller satisfaction by consistently delivering professional and efficient support.
Working Days: 6 days per week (day-off to be aligned)
Operating Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service, operations, or account management, ideally within e-commerce or logistics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
