We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in coordinating the execution of inspections, servicing & maintenance of lifeboats, rescue boats, hooks, davits & winches, fire-fighting equipment and lifting appliances, and providing support to Service Engineers.
Responsibilities
. Coordinate execution of service jobs onboard vessels and offshore installations
. Provide first line of support to Service Engineers during job execution
. Debrief service engineers and prepare follow-up document if required
. Assist project/sales to carry out order contracts and service works
. Ensure that any feedbacks from Service Engineers are handled and conveyed
. Follow up external and internal orders according to the work instructions
. Carry out all tasks in conformity with the company strategies and goals as described
. Collaborate with the Sales Managers to ensure that projects are carried out according to applicable procedure
. Ensure that service reports, documents and certificates are registered properly
. Ensure that all projects are invoiced and closed promptly
Personal qualities and skills
. Minimum 2-year experience in service coordination or customer service or administration, prior experience in marine, offshore &/or oil & gas industries will be an added advantage
. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC
. Excellent attitude towards learning with an open mindset
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. Excellent communication and coordination skills
. A team player with high level of dedication
