Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse competitor pricing and promotions to ensure competitive positioning.
- Engage with customers proactively to promote products and relevant promotions.
- Observe and note traffic flow patterns within the store to optimize promotional strategies and product placement.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase the average basket size per customer.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience and repeat business.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work on both weekends (work 2 days per week only), 11AM - 8PM.
- Independent and proactive individual.
- Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
Training and company uniform will be provided.
