Job Description
- Introducing and present products with professional knowledge (Training will be provided)
- Build relationships with each customer
- Identifying the needs of our customers, and to engage with them in offering professional suggestions to make the right choice.
- Follow up promptly with internal and external customers to provide accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to improve service excellence and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- NTE and above equivalent
- 1 year experience required.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Focus and be able to work independently
- Hard worker with a positive Can Do attitude
- Sales driven with positive mindset and strong drive to succeed
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers)
- Capable to work in weekends
