Our client is a wellness brand specialising in self-care products, and we are assisting them in seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join their team at their Pop-up Store. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with enquiries
- Promote and recommend products to meet customers needs
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Assist with inventory management and stock checks
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Available immediately
Additional Information
- Working days: 3-5 days per week (including weekends and public holidays)
- Working hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm / 12:00pm - 8:00pm
- Hourly rate: Up to $12 per hour
- Location : Orchard
