You will deliver excellent customer service, manage store operations, and use product knowledge to drive sales and build customer loyalty in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and needs promptly
- Follow up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain sales floor standards including fitting room, till, and service zones consistently
- Manage departmental stock and size availability to optimize store layout and maximize sales
- Perform general store operations such as visual merchandising, inventory management, stock taking, and housekeeping
- Stay updated on the latest sports or fashion trends to maintain in-depth product knowledge
- Use product knowledge to suggest items and promote benefits to customers to increase sales
- Build strong customer relationships to generate loyalty and encourage repeat transactions
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong passion and interest in the sports and/or lifestyle industry
- Relevant work experience for consideration as a senior retail associate
- Motivated team player with a cheerful disposition and strong achievement drive
- Effective communication skills and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to commit to part-time retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
