About Elder Education Department

Elder Education Department provides a gamut of active ageing programmes that reaches out to seniors in the community. To encourage seniors to maintain active lifestyles, the department offers a wide variety of programmes to promote lifelong learning, healthy living, social networking and inter-generational bonding. Their efforts to encourage seniors to adopt digital technology is a key thrust to give seniors more options - in the way they receive information and how they communicate with others. The department believes that learning never stops.

Overview

This role supports the department's partnerships, outreach, and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Outreach

• Identify and reach out to potential partners (e.g. community groups, programme collaborators)
• Coordinate partnership activities
• Maintain relationships and regular communication with partners

Volunteer & Community Engagement

• Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and coordination
• Schedule and oversee volunteer activities
• Support volunteer engagement and retention

Marketing & Affiliate Partnerships

• Manage marketing and sales initiatives for the centre
• Develop and coordinate affiliate marketing partnerships
• Track and follow up on partnership and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder and above
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage tasks independently and prioritise effectively
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Prior experience in partnerships, community engagement, or marketing is a plus
• Working Hours: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, 830am to 530pm
