We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our daily operations at our tuition centre. If you enjoy working in an educational environment and are good at organisation and communication, we'd love to have you on board!
Handle tuition enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins)
Collect and record payments accurately
Photocopy, scan, and file documents
Coordinate class schedules between tutors, parents, and students
Maintain basic administrative records
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Prior admin or customer service experience is an advantage
Able to work independently and follow instructions well
Weekday: 1.00pm to 9.30pm, Weekend: 9.00am to 7.30pm
