Impact Family International School is looking for a creative, hands-on, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing (Sean), you will be the driving force behind the execution of our marketing campaigns.
This role is perfect for a digital-savvy marketer who loves blending creativity with strategy. While you will execute campaigns based on the strategic direction provided by the Head of Marketing, we strongly encourage initiative. You will have the exciting opportunity to pitch, take ownership of, and run your own marketing initiatives from start to finish.
Campaign Execution: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute marketing strategies and roll out digital campaigns effectively.
Creative Production: Design and produce high-quality ad creatives tailored for specific platforms. This includes creating engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), carousel posts, and single-image graphics.
Paid Media Management: Assist in launching and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu (RED).
Organic Social Media: Manage, maintain, and regularly update our organic social media platforms to ensure consistent brand presence and community engagement.
Email Marketing: Write, curate, and design compelling content for our email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Data & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing metrics. Track ad spend, evaluate the performance of paid channels, and analyze organic channel growth to help optimize future campaigns.
Independent Projects: Step up to take full ownership of your own targeted campaign initiatives as you grow into the role.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role is preferred.
Content Creation Skills: Proven proficiency in creating both image and video content for social media and paid advertising.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu (RED) ecosystems and their respective ad formats.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable dealing with basic marketing metrics, ad spend tracking, and performance reporting.
Bonus Skills (Highly Advantageous): . Experience working within the education industry.
The ability to efficiently leverage AI tools (e.g., for copywriting, image generation, or video editing) to produce high-quality content at scale.
