Job Description:
We are a boutique business consulting firm based in Singapore, seeking a Part-time Accounts/ Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small teams, comfortable working with figures and assisting in administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain bookkeeping records
- Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation
- Maintain proper and organized filing system (physical and digital)
- Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned (if necessary)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in data entry and bookkeeping
- Comfortable working with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Hourly Rate: $16 - $20
Work Type & Arrangement: Part-time (On-site)
- Candidate is expected to commit a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Working hours are flexible and will be performed on-site (to be discussed)
- Candidate must be computer-literate
- This role is best suited for individuals seeking long-term, stable part-time employment
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
- Office is located near Clarke Quay / Chinatown MRT stations
