Scope of work as per attached.

1. start up oversea business unit,

2. manage oversea business unit to ensure profitablity,

3. Report monthly back to main office,

4. travel oversea whenever needed,

5. Allows working remotely

6. team player and yet able to work as an individual when needed,

7. Roles and scope of work would changes as need to ensure the survivability of the oversea business unit
