We are looking for a responsible and proactive Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bakery outlet. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and drive sales performance while supporting overall business goals.
Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and motivate service crew and bakery staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with production team
Handle cash management, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Resolve customer feedback and operational issues promptly
Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling efforts
Minimize wastage and control operational costs
Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic knowledge of inventory control and cash handling
Experience in bakery or caf operations
Food safety certification
Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting
